Permission is granted to use the site for the purpose of finding yachts suitable for your charter enquiry, or to upload information and photos to add to our database of yachts for charter. Any enquiries made via the site will have your business email and your company name attached for purposes of response. All Yachting SAS has no control over the data once sent, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are comfortable with the way your data is used by third party companies.
